Dungeoneering "Not As Painful As You Think"
Hey guys.
Many players have been pm'ing me as of late asking me what is the best setup/way of getting fast, or high amounts of xp from the dungeons. Well I am here to answer all those questions, and add some more useful tips.

Terminology
1. Gd - Guardian Door (All the monsters in the room must be killed in order to open these doors)
2. Ht - Home Teleport (Allows you to teleport to your base at anytime w/o penalty)
3. Key - (This is fairly self explanatory. Any key found will open a door matching it's color, and shape)
4. T Door - (Tooler door that can only be opened with specific tools)
5. Ggs - (Group Gate Stone. Used as a central point all player can teleport to)
6. Ggt - (Group Gate tele. Player asking all others to teleport to the Ggs)
Gear
When you first begin dungeoneering you will most likely start off with the lowest level gear depending on your stats, and at this time you can only bind one item to your character. It is recommended you start with a promethium spear (p++). It contains all the attack styles that are needed for the most part, and the added bonus of a poisoned weapon.
As you progress through dungeoneering, and you hit level 50 you will be able to bind another item to yourself. At this point you should be fairly familiar with the skill, and in my opinion binding a platebody, or platelegs would be your best bet.
However once you can go through the occult rooms, and if you happen to stumble upon a night spider, and it drops a shadow silk hood then I would immediately bind it over the armor you had. The effects of the hood are as follows (A player wearing the Shadow silk hood is invisible to any humanoids, provided they are not a mage, necromancer or a boss.)
Floors
Floors are unlocked every two levels gained in dungeoneering, and as of now the highest floor you can reach is 47 (93 dungeoneering). The way you should plan out your floors is by rushing all those you can but your last 8 - 12 floors.
I will use my account as an example. I can currently reach floor 42, so the way I plan it out is by rushing solo from floors 1 - 30, and then with a team doing 31 - 42. The lower level floors are not worth teaming in a large dungeon as they do not give a lot of xp. How ever once you reach the desired floor and start from that point till your max floor. You will notice a great increase over time.
The rule for reseting is fairly simple. Once you have done every floor you can you simply reset. Starting back from floor 1, and repeating. You will notice as you prestige more you will gain more xp in each floor.
Roles
We have 3 main roles when it comes to dungeoneering.
Tooler - This player should have the highest stats in the group making it easier for this person to have the ability to open every door, but at times even they will need to create a potion for those doors that require a 100+ stat to open them, or to finish a puzzle in a room.
Keyer - This player should have some intelligence as strange as that sounds. This persons role is to collect every key found, and open all doors that correspond to those keys. When I say they need some intelligence I mean that they should remember the location of the other doors, and know when to create their own group gate stone for a specific door. Also this player should be visually keen in finding all the keys scattered around the dungeon.
The Grunt - This will be the remaining players roles. To enter a room and clear it of all monster, and to also inform the keyer, or tooler of rooms which require their skills.
Teams
It is highly recommended you go with players you know (Friends if you have any =D), and if possible using some sort of communication software (Ventrillo, or Skype) to talk to each other. Making it more enjoyable, and much easier.
However if this is not possible then what all other players do is go to world 117 *Members world*, or 7 *Free to play world*, and search for other players doing the same floor as them. Some teams will have requirements based on overall total, and combat level.
Rushing
I mentioned the concept of "rushing" in the floors section, but I will elaborate on this further. When you are rushing your floors. You are skipping anything possible. By this I mean if you enter a room, and the door can be opened without killing the monster inside you simply just rush through, and move onto the next room. You do this to complete the floor as quickly as possible. So when you are rushing your lower floors. You will get to the important floors that much quicker.
Skills
Your skills play a massive part on how well you do in dungeoneering. My case I am maxed out with the exception of dungeoneering, so I find it a lot easier to manage. I highly do recommend getting most of your stats 85+. You will notice a great difference as you will not need to ask others for help, and you will be able to work most efficiently. Of course it would be best to get all 99's, but you guys have a life unlike me =D.
Prestige & Experience
Explaining this is a bit difficult, but I will try my best. Every time you finish a dungeon you will notice at the top the current experience you gained for that floor, and the maximum xp you would gain for your highest prestige(This is based on the highest floor you can achieve). It will calculate the average between these two, and give you the base experience of what you have earned. Many other factors contribute to your experience as well. Deaths will of course lower your percentage, as well as level mod (This is how much of the dungeon you have cleared, or rushed which can result in a negative percentage). The size of the floor does matter as well (Large giving roughly a +16% bonus, and the complexity as well). You will notice when rushing your floors on 1 complexity you are automatically dealt a 50% penalty to your overall experience. So taking these factors in should give you a better idea of what to expect.
Rewards
Now we have two main reason why players do dungeoneering. To raise their total level, or to obtain the items you gain from cashing in your tokens.
The rewards are tools/weapons that will aid you in your skilling, and killing of npc, or players.
Tips
1. Always find a team within your combat level. Makes the experience that much easier.
2. Don't start picking fights within the group. Some players will rage quit, and you will be left alone one player short trying to complete a dungeon made for a full team.
3. Help others when you can as they will most likely return the favor.
4. DO NOT TAKE ALL THE FOOD. This is by far the worst thing you can do, and will most likely be kicked from the group.
5. Listen to music, or chat with friends while doing your floors. I myself listen to (Techno/Trance/DubStep/NightCore/Japanese Rock). It does make all the difference.
6. HAVE FUN, because if you don't you just won't bother with the skill anymore.
*Please note I am always adding to this, as I myself am not a complete expert to this skill. Also if you took the time to read through this then leaving a comment shouldn't take as long =D.
